Lemon & Sultana welshcakes are very similar to traditional welshcakes but with a twist of zesty lemon.  All ready to eat Blasus Welshcakes are made by hand........hand rolled, cut and cooked on a griddle.  Generously sprinkled with sugar and carefully packed in recyclable packaging.  Made in small batches using welsh butter, eggs and milk.
