Organic Soft Cake & Pastry Flour is one of our best selling flours for sweet bakes. It’s important that only soft wheats are selected when making this flour, which the English climate lends itself to producing.
Cakes, sponges, batters, even shortcrust pastry, this flour can pull them all off. In fact, the only sweet bake it’s not entirely suitable for is puff pastry.
