100% Chardonnay, 10% of the blend is oak aged, before further tank ageing for 6 months.
Intense aromas of white fruit like lime, grapefruit, green apple and pineapple. Excellent
acidity, structure and minerality. Fresh and elegant. A nose of subtle toast and vanilla with
lovely integrated tropical fruit on the palate gives the wine richness, depth and balance.
